Teal Cottage has full central heating and is designed for comfortable use by up to four people plus cot throughout the year.
All bed linen, towels, gas, electricity and central heating are included in the price.
There is safe off road parking.
No smoking and sorry, no pets.
A welcome pack of fresh ham, eggs, cheese, butter, milk, bread and preserves is provided with all weekly bookings together with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
All cleaning products, washing tablets, fabric conditioner, paper towels dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, hand wash soap and tissues are provided for the duration of your stay.

There is a very private, enclosed patio area with garden furniture and sun umbrella, lots of planters, attractive window boxes and floral displays in the summer months.
The pretty terraced garden has steepish steps to an additional raised seating area – young children will need supervision. Please note, access to this area may be difficult for the elderly or those of limited mobility

Teal Cottage in Ellesmere, is situated approximately 6 miles from the A5 trunk road at Oswestry with easy access to the UK motorway network.
There are excellent motorway links to all parts of the UK. The nearest airports are Manchester (55 miles) Birmingham (75 miles) and Liverpool (50 miles).

Booking Information
Payment - 30% deposit on booking - not refundable
Balance - 8 weeks prior to arrival date (refundable only if we are able to re-book the dates)
In the event of non payment we will cancel your booking to allow us time to re-book
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be received in writing no later that two weeks prior to your arrival date.
After that time a refund will not be made under any circumstances.
Prior to this point we will do our best to re-book the accommodation.
If we are successful we will refund up to 70% of the tariff charge applicable to your booking.
We stongly advise you to obtain holiday insurance.

Terms and Conditions of Holiday Let
1. Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. A confirmation booking document will be forwarded to you either by e-mail or 1st class post. This must be returned within 7 days of receipt together with payment.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tariff is required when booking. The outstanding balance of 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent confirming your booking and receipt for your payment/s. If your booking is within 8 weeks of your arrival date the total price must be paid when returning your booking form.
3. The accommodation is booked strictly as a holiday let and is reserved for the sole use of the persons named on the booking form for the duration stated thereon.
4. The accommodation will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. It shall be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
5. All bed linen, towels, gas, electricity and central heating are included in the price you pay.
6. If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available then they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted.
7. The number in the party must be stated on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum of 4 (+ baby) in the accommodation.
8. All amenities provided by the owner for guests are used entirely at the guest’s risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owner other than resulting from the owner’s negligence.
9. Care of the accommodation - Guests are required to treat the accommodation with due care. It is a condition of booking that, should any damage occur, the cost of damage may be borne by the guest/guests, at the discretion of the owners.
10. Strictly no smoking. No pets.
11. Cancellation - When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.
