The cottage is a stylish conversion of a former stables in traditional Welsh stone and slate with original feature oak beams.
The self-catering accommodation for four is ideal for a family or two couples - it is spacious and positively indulgent for two!
All bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating and logs for wood burner are included in the price.
No smoking and sorry, no pets.
A welcome pack of fresh ham, eggs, cheese, butter, milk, bread and preserves is provided with all weekly bookings together with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
All cleaning products, washing tablets, fabric conditioner, paper towels dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, hand wash soap and tissues are provided for the duration of your stay.

Locally
The spectacular beauty of Llanrhaeadr waterfall (higher than Niagara Falls) and Lake Vyrnwy with it’s sporting facilities, sculpture trail as well as birds and wildlife.
The border town of Oswestry caters for a wide range of interests with its ancient hill fort, bustling market and individual shops and numerous pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.
The local area also boasts four golf clubs – Oswestry, Henlle Park, Mile End and Llanymynech.

The Stables at Priddbwll Bach is situated on the Shropshire/Wales border approximately 9 miles from the A5 trunk road at Oswestry with easy access to the UK motorway network.
There are excellent motorway links to all parts of the UK.

Payment - 30% deposit on booking - not refundable
Balance - 8 weeks prior to arrival date (refundable only if we are able to re-book the dates)
In the event of non payment we will cancel your booking to allow us time to re-book
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be received in writing no later that two weeks prior to your arrival date.
After that time a refund will not be made under any circumstances.
Prior to this point we will do our best to re-book the accommodation.
If we are successful we will refund up to 70% of the tariff charge applicable to your booking.
We stongly advise you to obtain holiday insurance.

Terms and Conditions of Holiday Let
1. Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail. A confirmation booking document will be forwarded to you either by e-mail or 1st class post. This must be returned within 7 days of receipt together with payment.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tariff is required when booking. The outstanding balance of 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent confirming your booking and receipt for your payment/s. If your booking is within 8 weeks of your arrival date the total price must be paid when returning your booking form.
3. The accommodation is booked strictly as a holiday let and is reserved for the sole use of the persons named on the booking form for the duration stated thereon.
4. The accommodation will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. It shall be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
5. All bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, logs and central heating are included in the price you pay.
6. If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available then they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted.
7. The number in the party must be stated on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum of 4 (+ baby) in the accommodation.
8. All amenities provided by the owner for guests are used entirely at the guest’s risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owner other than resulting from the owner’s negligence.
9. Care of the accommodation - Guests are required to treat the accommodation with due care. It is a condition of booking that, should any damage occur, the cost of damage may be borne by the guest/guests, at the discretion of the owners.
10. Strictly no smoking. No pets.
11. Cancellation - When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.
